Masívna medená základňa odovzdáva teplo štvorici heat-pipe trubíc, ktoré ho ďalej odovzádajú do medených rebier. Hrúbka rebier je len 0.3mm. Ventilátor s priemerom 80mm zabezpečuje efektívne chladenie pasívnej časti.
Možná regulácia prostredníctvom dodávaného regulátora FanMate II.
